60-min complimentary conversation. We listen, you share. Together we

You complete the CliftonStrengths Full 34. We analyze all 34 themes
before your debrief.

Full 34 Debrief
90-min deep dive. All 34 themes. Often described as the most
clarifying conversation of a career.

Coaching begins

FAQ
Common Questions
Do you work with clients outside California?+
Yes. All coaching is available virtually via Zoom. In-person sessions
are available in Laguna Beach and the greater Orange County area for
local clients. Travel can be arranged for team workshops and
consulting engagements.
Does my company pay, or can I pay personally?+
Both work. Many executive coaching clients are employer-sponsored.
Individual coaching clients typically self-pay. Corporate invoicing is
available for company-sponsored engagements.
What if I've already taken the CliftonStrengths assessment?+
Existing results are welcome. We work from your current profile and go
significantly deeper than a standard debrief. If your results are more
than 3 years old, we recommend a fresh assessment.
How many coaching clients do you take on at once?+
By design, we keep the coaching client roster small - typically 6–8
active clients at any time. Individual coaching is limited to 4
clients per year. This ensures every engagement gets the depth of
attention the work deserves.
What makes The R28 Group different from other Gallup coaches?+
Most Gallup coaches come from HR, organizational psychology, or
consulting. I am a sitting CIO with 35+ years in technology
leadership, currently in the role. That peer credibility - combined
with the proprietary Aspire Method and 15+ years of 1-on-1 mentoring -
creates a coaching engagement that executives simply haven't
encountered elsewhere.
Can I engage you for both coaching and IT consulting?+
Yes - and this combination is often powerful. Executive coaching for
the leader paired with strategic IT advisory for the organization
creates alignment at every level. We can scope a combined engagement
